The Community Memorial Hospital will be at the school this Friday (May 17th) from 3:00-5:00PM to perform sports physicals. The cost of a physical is $10. Athletes and their parents should fill out/update and sign their physical form on FinalForms. The physical form needs to be printed and brought with the athlete for their physical.
