Here are our ACES shout-outs for the week: Trenton Vetter would like to give a shout-out to Andrew Scott for doing such a great job in the Science stations last Thursday and Friday. He would also like to give a shout-out to Karson Crites for doing a great job in reading class!! Misty White and Tina McCain would like to give a shout-out to Alex Walter for all his help in the commons after he finishes his lunch! He always walks around and gathers garbage off of the floor. Itā€™s a very busy time for them and he is a big help. Thank you Alex!!!! Maria Saunders and Owen Joyner would like to give a shout-out to Mrs. Taylor and Mrs. Diehl for giving the 6th grade chances for bonus point on their recent quiz. Thank you!! Mrs. Gerken would like to give a shout-out to everyone who helped with Homecoming this year. There are too many names to mention, but thanks to everyone who helped. Thank you to our float judges and class advisors. Very special thanks to Missy Lee, Amber Zachrich, Jeff Haught, Jen Bergman, Julie Harmon, Troy and Jessica Potter, and Julie Siebenaler. HUGE thanks to Tara Welling and Mike Blue for helping to making it a success. Thanks to the students and staff who really made spirit week fun. A special thank you to Mr. Suffel for being our ā€œguest readerā€ and Ian Greutman for being his assistant during Thursdayā€™s kindergarten special. THANK YOU all for being so flexible. You did a FANTASTIC JOB! *A shout-out to Jacob Evans for giving her the LMC sign made with the 3D pen. That was so nice of you! Josiah Ankney would like to give a shout-out to all of his teachers: Mrs. Bostleman, Mr. Kohlmeier, Mr. Haught, Mrs. Gerken, Mr. Davis and Mr. Shock. For making everyday of school great and teaching new things everyday. He would also like to give shout-outs to Mrs. Altman and Mr. Payne for pushing him to always be his best, not just in Cross-Country but in life. Mrs. Gerken would like to give a special shout-out to Isaac Wilhelm. First of all, itā€™s his birthday (HAPPY BIRTHDAY)! Second, Isaac went above and beyond when we were decorating for the Homecoming dance. We had accidentally thrown away some items that we needed, and Isaac jumped into the dumpster outside the school and retrieved those items from the trash. Not many people would have done that. Way to be a team player! Thanks for being such a hard worker! This is a reminder there are only 4 more opportunities to pick up your laptops before the first day of school. Please stop by the office on Monday, Tuesday, or Wednesday from 8 AM until 3 PM or on Thursday during Open House from 6 PM until 7 PM. You must have your computer protection paid in order to receive your laptop. You can pay online or with a check, cash, or credit/debit card. Thank you.
